Shipping Costs National

Orders with a purchase value of 15,00 Euros or more will be delivered free of shipping charges within Germany. For orders of up to 14,99 Euros, we charge lump sum shipping costs of 5,00 Euros. 

Shipping Costs International

We ship our items throughout Europe. Shipping costs will be calculated on the basis of four shipment weight classes and four zones. Regrettably, we cannot offer any cash on delivery service for international shipments.

Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped on the working day following the receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation of shipping and payment receipt via e-mail. Generally, the delivery service will take 1-2 working days for the delivery. Delivery of international parcels takes 3 to 7 working days. 

Professionally Packaged

We use exclusively environment-friendly recyclable paperboard containers and fully recyclable padding. Your order will be shipped in an utterly break-proof, new paperboard container. In the event of a reshipment, the packaging can be easily reused.
