How can I add items to the shopping cart?

If you have found and article you like, you can add it to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the symbol [Warenkorb].

How can I view the content of my shopping cart?

You can view the content of your shopping cart at any time. Simply click on the symbol [Warenkorb zeigen] in the top right-hand corner. Items in your shopping cards do not constitute any obligation to buy.

How do I order an item?

If you wish to buy an item in your shopping cart, please follow the button “order” at the bottom of the page shopping cart. You will be automatically lead through the order process. We will ask for your address and your favored mode of shipment and payment. You will be given the option to review your data on a control page. Only then will you place a binding order by clicking on the button [weiter zur Bestellung] .

How can I pay?

You can choose between Paypal, payment in advance, or cash on delivery.

Which credit cards do you accept?

At present, credit card payments are only possible via Paypal.

Can I check in on the status of my order?

We offer the possibility to check in on the status of your order via "Mein Konto". Naturally, we will also keep you informed about any status changes by way of our customer support e-mails.

What do I do if I receive damaged items or items I did not order?

Please return the shipment at your earliest convenience. Please pay the postage for the present, we will refund the postage fees immediately.

What happens after I have placed my order?

Immediately after you have placed your order online, you will receive a purchase confirmation by our purchase transaction software. As soon as you have received this e-mail, your order with us has been created. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment.

Can I reduce shipping costs by ordering several items?

We concede a discount on shipping costs for orders of more than one item. The information given in the announcements apply.
You will only have to pay the highest shipping price of the chosen shipment mode once. The uninsured shipment mode is only available for single items. The shipping costs for your total order will be displayed in your shopping cart and on check-out.

Can I follow the route of my order?

Upon request, we will forward you a status e-mail containing your tracking number and the Hermes item tracking. This only applies to insured shipments.
