Hello,

I am glad that I had the chance to work with the team of eggertspiele. With a lot of enthusiasm, great ideas and a huge amount of playtests we have launched Speicherstadt.

Compared to my other published games, the level of complexity of Speicherstadt is rather low. The neat thing about the game is that you can experience a lot of depth and interaction with just a simple mechanism. The theme has been brilliantly implemented by Peter and his team.
Kudos to Harald Lieske and Michael Menzel, too, who have done a great job illustrating the game.

By the way, designing games is "just" a hobby of mine. I work as a vice headmaster at the Marta Schanzenbach Shool in Gengenbach, where I live. My home town is Karlsruhe.

Next to my wife and son, the Offenburger Gamers show me the most entusiastic support. They are the first people I show my new designs over the last 10 years. Without their support and patient playtests my games never would have left the ground.
